Most rooms can be set up to match your plans. We offer flexible seating ranging from eight to 12 guests per table. Hyatt Regency Newport will create a ceremony room in a round or chapel style, if you wish. Choose from any number of venues to find the one to suit your style.
Linen / Table Settings
Tables will be set with white tablecloths and can be accented with ivory damask, white linen or a variety of colored linen napkins. Upgrades such as accent fabric overlays or chair covers can be coordinated. Each table will be set with our full service setting to include our finest china, stemware and silver. Table d&eactute;cor includes a round mirror tile with votive candles designed to complement your florist’s centerpiece.

One of several professional pastry chefs can design your perfect wedding cake. Choose from a variety of designs, styles and flavors. The pastry chef is available during the tasting to discuss all of the details of your one-of-a-kind creation.
It is our pleasure to offer the Bride and Groom overnight accommodations on a complimentary basis for those receptions exceeding $15,000 in food & beverage revenue. Special room rates are available for your guests. Please speak with your wedding specialist for further details or to block rooms.
Hyatt Gold Passport points are awarded for all food and beverage purchased for your wedding at Hyatt Regency Newport. Two points are awarded for each dollar spent for all events starting after 5 p.m. Every 8,000 points earned allows one overnight stay to be used at a later date.
Pricing and Guarantee
All food & beverage charges listed with the Hyatt Regency Newport Wedding Package are exclusive of current taxes and service charges. A non-refundable deposit is required to hold the ballroom on a definite basis. Your event is considered tentative until a signed contract of agreement and deposit are received. Your deposit will be applied towards the total due. Final payment is required (3) business days prior to the event.
