Meeting Rooms
Stage all your important functions in our Newport business meeting rooms. With scenic water views, state-of-the-art equipment and impeccable service, our Newport venues offer the ideal setting to suit every taste, event and budget. Be it a focus group for 10, a classroom for 180 or a reception for 1,000, our versatile facilities and professional meeting planners will ensure your event success.

Call on our in-house vendor to deliver your audio-visual equipment for that special presentation. Visit our full-service business center to make last minute copies or print out directions for your guests. Set the atmosphere for your event by adjusting heat / air conditioning, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical / microphone outlets, audiovisual equipment, and special lighting, so your guests are comfortable. Rely on our Concierge to arrange off-site activities for team-building.

Grand Ballroom
With 11 foot ceilings and four separate salons totaling 8,000 square feet, this room lives up to its name. Fabulous lighting and carpeting throughout are conducive to hosting a banquet for 750 or an exhibit for 48 8x10 booths. These spaces are free of pillars – so views won’t be obstructed. They also are adjacent to the business center
Brenton Hall
Like the Grand Ballroom and Rose Island, Brenton Hall was renovated in 2003. It is separated from the Grand Ballroom by solid wood doors. There are no pillars – allowing guests to have a clear view of the event’s activities or speaker. Totaling 4,500 square feet, this meeting venue is very spacious. Throw a lavish reception for 600 or scale back to exhibit your wares – with enough space for 25 booths.
Vanderbilt / Morgan / Astor
Classically American like the families they are named after, these meeting spaces are conveniently located near the Grand Ballroom, Captain’s Quarters Lobby, Business Center and restrooms. Arrange a U-shape in Vanderbilt, so 40 guests can converse easily. Create a classroom setting for 12 in Morgan's 350 square feet. Hold a board meeting for 12 in Astor, also 350 square feet.  
Commodore Perry
Ideal for times when a larger space might overwhelm, Commodore Perry's 440 square feet work well for 14 to 40 people. Engage your seminar audience of 40 in this intimate setting. 
Rose Island
Cheerful plaid curtains, 13 foot ceilings and French doors overlooking Narragansett Bay are featured in this meeting space. Your banquet or reception in this area – which is pillarless - is sure to encourage mingling among your guests. Rose Island I and II, 1,670 and 2,170 square feet respectively, make up this corporate event venue and can be combined to hold up to 250 guests.
Heritage
Announce your company's new product or merger in a theatre set up for 90. Field questions from your constituents on a u-shape panel for 25. At 1,170 square feet, Heritage offer flexible options for your meeting needs.
Aquidneck / Jamestown / Narragansett / Newport
Located in the main lobby, Newport is the largest of these meeting facilities at 1,250 square feet. Entertain 20 select clients at a reception in Narragansett. Honor retiring employees at a banquet for 100 in Newport. Seek out Jamestown as a quiet spot to meet with your 12 Board of Directors. 
Pavilion
Your guests will marvel at this beautiful outdoor space. Covered decking overlooking stunning views of the Rose Island Lighthouse and Newport Bridge make any occasion festive. Gather your guests in this open, airy space for an informal occasion or a cocktail hour before proceeding to a meeting or banquet.
North / South Lawns
Nothing conveys easy New England elegance like an event on one of our sweeping lawns. Ideal for a company picnic or a more refined affair, our beautifully manicured lawns and expansive water views will take center stage at your event.
